As a long time fan of Gorillaz, I enjoy watching, listening, and reading anything they come up with. Even if you haven't paid much attention to Gorillaz (or if you have no idea what, exactly, they are), I still strongly recommend getting this book. Thank you for preserving this excellent book - I have many great memories of checking this out from the library in high school over and over again and using it to piece together the lore behind a band I loved. Pages can include limited notes and highlighting, and the copy can include From the library of labels or previous owner inscriptions.

You discover so many things about the band through a funny, well-written story and the illustrations are fabulous.The front cover of the book, when flipped sideways, is a silhouette of Murdoc Niccals' pet raven 'Cortez'. Featuring brand new art from and designed by Jamie Hewlett, this is the full story of Murdoc, 2-D, Noodle and Russel Hobbs for the first time. While I know most of the "real" background info on them, I much rather prefer to believe them as real people.
