We have a solution! We’ve made this dreamily beautiful bunting in pretty pastel shades, using the left-over balls of yarn from the blanket; both busting your stash and giving you matching Unicorn bunting! First make a tassel for each pennant in your chosen shades as follows: Wind yarn around center of card thirty times. With sharp scissors, cut yarn through all strands along one side edge of card. Lay strands flat and tie them together securely around middle, leaving ends of tie free to sew tassel to pennant. Fold strands in half.
