Personally, I would have liked the variety of eartips to include not only normal bore tips but also 3 pairs of wide bore tips and 3 pairs of narrow bore tips to allow for more customization. Never settling for mediocre, our small team of dedicated engineers handcrafts each unit so that you can worry less about what’s in your ears and focus more on the sounds you are making. When it comes to the high frequencies, the Blessing 3 offers a clean performance that is characterized by its accurate reproduction. That's why I loved using these IEMs for extended classical and Heavy Metal sessions as I could get lost in the music for hours, but when I focused, it wasn't difficult to hear small details in the music. My musical tastes are broad but do lean toward electronic music that often has plenty of bass all the way down to the lower registers.

I wish this steely disconnected (in timbre and phase) treble would settle with "burning' - that much for the wishful thinking. If you’re in the market for a budget IEM that punches above its weight, the Orchestra Lite is well worth considering. With male vocals, like Johnny Cash on his Cash album, all the timbre and tremulous nature of his aging voice were beautifully revealed. True to the brand marketing literature, the Kiwi Ears Orchestra Lite has an absolutely balanced tuning with a neutral frequency response that when combined with its excellent transparency result in mirror-like source fidelity. The transition to the mids is quite similar in both, although I give a slight smoother transition to the Zero.At first listen it might sound too exposing and revealing but give it a high quality source and it instantly transforms into addictive and involving, connecting the listener with the music by establishing a firm sentimental bond. They’re mostly black, but have an unusual marble effect on the outside facing side, with the Kiwi Ears logo on the right side (and not the left). With the Kiwi Ears, there were distinctive qualities that revealed themselves across the frequency spectrum. Amy Winehouse, Sinatra and Bruce Dickinson didn't have to fight against any other sounds to stand out.

The mids region is retained at neutral, with only a 2dB difference from 200Hz to 800Hz to provide an ever slight hint of warmth without muddying. The mids are just a bit forward and present with a good overall tonal balance without too much of an upper mids prominence.In this tango, the instruments have well-defined positions, and Kiwi Ears’ IEM had no trouble accurately placing them on the stage (bandoneon on the left, organ to the right, and drums in the center). Indeed, the Cadenza is worthy of its own article in due time because the team behind it shares talent with ThieAudio which we have covered many times before. The separation sounds a little obtrusive while the stage is immersive and close, demonstrating excellent layering and imaging.
